Account Registration & Verification

To register with x89, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

Each individual is entitled to only One account you may create. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

After registration, x89 may request the following verification documents at any time:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of Payment Method Ownership
• Selfie or live verification (if required)

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete. This is part of x89's security and compliance policy.

Age & Eligibility Requirements

To use the x89 platform, you must 18 years of age or older Users must be of legal age. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.

X89 may request proof of age at any time. If a minor is found to be using an account, that account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

The following individuals are also not eligible to use x89:

• Users whose accounts have been previously suspended or banned

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

X89 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally instant, and withdrawals are processed within 1-5 business days.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500
• Maximum single withdrawal limit: BDT 50,000 per day
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus funds can be withdrawn

X89 does not cover bank transfer fees. Any charges imposed by third-party payment gateways are the responsibility of the user.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

General bonus terms and conditions:

For Sports Betting:

• If an event is cancelled, the wagered amount will be refunded
• If an event is postponed, the bet will remain valid for the rescheduled date
• If a technical error affects any bet, x89 reserves the right to make the final determination
• Odds in live betting may change at any time

For casino and bingo games:

• For incomplete rounds caused by technical errors, x89's decision is final

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the x89 platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action:

• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated methods
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts
• Unauthorized access to another user's account
• Threats, harassment, or abusive behavior
• Spreading false information about x89
